Scott and Britt Silcox are crawfish-eating Cajuns from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Although they are the youngest members of The Rock staff, Scott and Britt operate in wisdom, maturity, and faith beyond their years. Together, they are passionate about influencing the youth culture to serve Jesus Christ, and understand the importance of reaching the community on school campuses and through community transformation via Manifest Revolution . They have their eyes fixed on raising a generation that will redefine the "norm."

In addition to youth ministry, Scott and Britt work extensively in Graphic Design and Web development and oversee the Creative Community of The Rock. Building interns and training environments for media expansion are just some the core values of their vision for this generation. They believe that in order to build the kingdom, we must release a generation to meet human need through creative expression.  Graphic design, photography, and motion graphics are all part of the flow God is using to impact this world with His truth.

Scott and Britt minister to 7th-12th grade students every Wednesday night at the Central campus, Thursday nights at the West campus and offer quarterly weekend training events for media.
